Riverwoods Plantation is an award winning 55 and older 640 unit resident owned community with the finest living and recreational experiences in the area. Our mission is to ensure all residents have the opportunity to enjoy the many engaging and exciting recreational activities available, as well as participate in programs which give back the community. Riverwoods Plantation's Board of Directors and Management will carry out its duties and continue to ensure all residents enjoy a warm place where friendships, fellowships, and financial stability are top priority.
We are proud to have been voted by the National Community Association into their Hall of Fame in the year 2000 after receiving first place awards in 2011 and 1998 in the Large Communities category by the Community Association Institute. In 2010 Riverwoods Plantation was awarded the Community Association Institute's "Humanitarian Community of the Year" for our exemplary service to our local community.

We have created a duty list of persons that are to be a first responder to after hour issues for our buildings and grounds. This is not for maintenance issues inside your homes, it is for the “common elements”. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE. The First Call list are individuals that have troubleshooting experience and will be able to decide if the problem can be resolved, delayed until the next day, or needs immediate attention. The end result we are trying to accomplish is to lower the after hour call volume to our manager, and to avoid some after hour service calls which can be very expensive.
